Rules

Cricket XI draft guide

Use the full Ashes draft, try the Daily Challenge, create a private Challenge a Friend link, or switch to World Cup mode.

Classic Draft

Build a full Ashes XI from historic squads. Player ratings stay visible while you draft.

Memory Draft

Build the same kind of XI, but with ratings hidden while you draft. You need to rely on your own cricket knowledge.

Daily Ashes Challenge

Everyone receives the same predetermined sequence for the day. Seven players are locked in, you complete the remaining four picks, and your first ranked attempt is the one that counts.

Challenge a Friend

After completing an Ashes XI, generate a private link and ask a friend to draft a side in the same mode before they simulate the five-Test series.

World Cup mode

World Cup mode uses historic ODI squads and a tournament path: group stage, semi-final, and final.

Community favourites

Leaderboards show which players appear most often in completed teams. They reflect community selections, not a definitive player ranking.
